In light of all the above, we demand that you make payment in full and in the amount as above-mentioned within FIVE (5) DAYS of the date of this letter. If you fail to do that, will be forced to instruct us to initiate legal proceedings against you without further delay with sole resolution to protect itself from the damage being caused by your dishonest and unlawful business practice.

鉴于上述情况，我所要求贵公司在本函发出之日起五（5）天内全额支付上述款项。如果贵公司未能做到， 将不得不指示我所立即对贵公司提起法律诉讼，唯一的解决办法是保护客户免受贵公司失信和不法商业行为造成的损失。

Please note that in the event that we are instructed to initiate legal proceedings against you, an application will also be made to the court to have you fixed with the legal costs of these proceedings along with other fees which are necessary and incidental to the same, including any attorney’s fees, court fees and any other associated costs.

兹告知，如果我所奉命对贵公司提起法律诉讼，我所也将向法院申请，要求贵公司承担这些诉讼的法律费用以及其他必要和附带的费用，包括任何律师费、诉讼费和任何其他相关费用。
